Assailed by corruption allegations, Sepp Blatter has turned in recent days to a former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Placido Domingo (an opera star) to become member of the newly founded “council of wisdom” in order „to restore Fifa’s credibility“. Quote Blatter: „These gentlemen are more or less advisers, they are not the experts“ – true, the expert on „diplomatic soap opera“ is Blatter himself. I wonder if Blatter also realized, that Kissinger is also a former chairman of the CIA. Maybe some can teach an old dog some tricks – just wondering who will teach whom?
